RogenSi

In 2006, the Si Group merged with Rogen International, the management training and consulting group. The merger created a £20M global firm with 120 consultants/coaches operating in the UK, North America, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Rogen is best-known for its skill development and consulting work in the areas of leadership, sales performance, pitching and persuasive communication. Perhaps its most high profile engagement, Rogen advised on the “$8 billion pitch”, as it came to be known, securing the 2000 Olympics for Sydney.

By contrast, the Si Group has a global reputation for providing inspirational coaching in motivation, and mindset change. With 12 years experience working with corporate companies, the Si Group emphasises the importance of attitude and character in its approach to leadership development, performance improvement and cultural alignment. Si’s core philosophy, that sustained learning and long-term behavioural change only occurs when the beliefs underlying an individuals actions are addressed, is also reflected in the work of popular management thinkers such as Jim Collins, Marcus Buckingham and Peter Drucker.

The merged companies complement each other and, as RogenSi, offer a full range of training, coaching and advisory services to drive results, grow leaders and inspire change. The RogenSi client list includes many of the world’s leading organisations, including GSK, Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, Woolworths, JP Morgan, Citigroup, Novartis, Royal Mail, Telstra, National Australia Bank, KPMG, Merrill Lynch and BT. These firms appreciate the benefit of tailored solutions that address the full spectrum of an organisation’s resources – its’ processes, knowledge bank and skill sets - and, having refined and developed this functional capability, ensure the will to succeed is cultivated through the development of positive, creative and successful mindsets.

No other learning and development consultancy addresses the skill, the will and the way, in such a manner.
