BBC's The Apprentice... Alexa was a candidate in on Series 2 of The Apprentice. Selected as one of the 14 candidates, from over 10,000 who applied to participate, Alexa battled it out to become Sir Alan’s Apprentice. Despite having got fired in task 4, for being Project Manager of the losing team (whilst catering at the Thames Festival and making pizzas!) Alexa had a superb time on the programme and looks back on the experience fondly. Alexa enjoyed the adrenalin and excitement of participating in the series. Having to perform under pressure and respond to the various demands of the media. Perhaps most importantly of all, Alexa has made a number of close friends in her fellow Apprentices, from the experience. Alexa’s
view around her motives for applying for the Apprentice being: –
‘why not give anything a try once?….As long as you have
the right attitude in how you respond to the outcome you get. Every
new experience is an opportunity to learn something new and stretch
yourself with a challenge, so what have you got to lose? One new experience
always leads to another exciting new experience!’
